About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and people-oriented HR Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Conduct joining formalities, exit formalities, and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and assist management in strategic HR tasks.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and support audits when required.
• Build strong relationships with employees to support a positive work culture.

Skills & Competencies Required

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Experience with recruitment platforms and MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
