What are we looking for? Job Title: Associate – HR Operations Role Overview We are looking for an HR Operations Associate with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and strong MS Excel skills. This role involves managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in workforce administration. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or workforce administration. • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM. • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. • Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Role Overview We are looking for an HR Operations Associate with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and strong MS Excel skills. This role involves managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in workforce administration. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Workday Transactions o Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (hires, transfers, terminations, organizational changes). o Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. o Assist in troubleshooting Workday issues and escalate as needed. • Data Management & Reporting o Extract and validate workforce data from Workday. o Prepare reports and summaries using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). o Support HR teams with data analysis for decision-making. • Compliance & Quality o Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity. o Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards. • Operational Support o Respond to queries from employees and HR partners. o Collaborate with team members to meet SLAs and service delivery goals.
