Roles and responsibilities:
- On-boarding administration - including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements
- Offboarding administration - including but not limited to preparation of documentation, inform stakeholders
- Employee letters - e.g., verification letters, Visa invitation letters, reference letters
- Payroll input administration - Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing and for other payroll related processes
- HR Admin administration - including but not limited to contract amendments creation and sending of HR agreements to employees
- Medical and benefits administration - Administration of leaves, insurances, pension plan, transportation admin, allowances, and bonuses
- Time & Attendance administration - Administration of local T&A tools, review, and update of clock-in/clock-out; prepare reports, manage leaves (medical, holidays, vacation)
- Local authorities’ administration - Provide ad-hoc reports to Local authorities; distribution of documentation in hard copy; provide information for audits; collaborate with work council
- Employee File management - Upload/store, retrieve, audit employee documentation in digital or hard copy format
- SOP Maintenance - Create, maintain and update SOPs and PMs on regular basis
Key Responsibilities
- Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to SLA;
- Answering to employees queries and directs them to the right channel if needed
- Comply with all required policies & local labor law
- Working closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Government Relations, Staffing;
- Cross country or process administrative support with broader geographical scope
- Process ownership on designated areas at country level
- Training new joiners or refreshing know-how on process related specifics
- Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department’s performance or company’s performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department’s activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company)
- Participation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification)
- Participates to all the meetings which are necessary for this position (daily Tier meetings level 1,2,3 or 4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.)
- Performs the activity in accordance with own experience, knowledge and work instructions of the role, in a specific manner in which no person is exposed to accidents or professional illnesses.

- In case of fire emergency, informs direct manager, intervention team, firefighters and participates in extinguishing the fire.
- immediately informs the manager about any work situation which has reason to consider it a threat to the safety and health of workers, as well as any deficiency of protection systems
- informs the manager about the accidents suffered at work
- participates at HSE trainings and to carry out related medical examinations
- cooperates, as long as it is necessary, with the employer and/or with the assigned workers, to enable the employer to ensure that the work environment and the working conditions are safe and without risks for their safety and health, in its field of activity
- In case of fire emergency/ accidental spilling/work accident, must inform the direct manager, intervention team/ firefighters/ the medical rescue team and participates actively in accordance with the specific responsibilities from the directives of intervention plans or the emergency team.
- To acquire and to respect the provisions of the legislation in the field of health and safety at work, environment and SU and their application

- Daily key performance indicators (KPIs) - Performing daily activities related to the areas of responsibility, according to the performance level established and regularly monitored by internal management tools (eg Tier / Weekly / Monthly )
- Performance indicators, based on HPD goals - Attaining performance objective established by the manager through HPD

Required Qualifications:
- University degree or experience on similar position at least 2 years
- Experience working for Multinational company is an advantage
- HR Experience
- Experience with data analysis 2 years or more
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Fluent in English and local required language
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
