Your Role
The HR Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the specialty team within our HR Services organization. This role oversees the Case Management (Leave of Absence/Workers’ Compensation) administration team and the Specialty team, responsible for operational tasks and processes (Unemployment, tuition reimbursement, service awards, and more). The supervisor is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements and requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR processes and case management regulations.

Your Impact
Team Leadership: Directly supervise a team of 5-6 individuals focused on Leave of Absence/Workers’ Comp administration and Specialty HR Service functions (unemployment, tuition/adoption reimbursement, service awards, mailing, etc.). Primary leadership responsibilities include performance management, development, workload distribution, act as an escalated point of contact for associate cases and interactions, and provide guidance & support to ensure effective handling of HR functions and leave of absence cases. Responsible for hiring and training new teammates.
Case Management & Compliance: Ensure all cases are compliant with Victoria’s Secret and vendor policies & practices (including Federal & Local regulations). Hold teammates accountable for maintaining compliance.
Documentation: Hold teammates accountable for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and accommodation requests. Ensure all paperwork is appropriately saved and stored and cases are documented in the HR case management system. Ensure all specialty cases are appropriately documented in case management system and appropriate supporting documentation is provided to Legal and other requestors.
Employee Communication: Serve as the escalated point of contact for employees regarding case information and internal claim process. Provide guidance and support to employees and their manager/ HR Partner through the leave of absence and accommodation process, including return-to-work planning.
Coordination: Coordinate with HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless processing of cases and associate inquiries. Participate in projects, as necessary, and complete regular system testing (upgrades, etc.).
Training: Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Provide training to teammates, as needed, including onboarding training of new teammates.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR services and case management.
System Knowledge: Understand and navigate HR Systems to troubleshoot, enter transactions/data, analyze data, and provide reporting: Case Management (ServiceNow), HCM (Oracle), timekeeping (UKG); provide escalated support to teammates using systems
Accurate data input and validation: Ensure accurate data entry, including teammate data entry; perform regular audits to validate pay. Minimize pay issues (overpayments) for associates on leave.

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Supervisory experience
Proven experience in HR and case management roles with growing responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Leave of Absence/Workers’ Compensation & Accommodation regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional time management, organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Analytical skills, including experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on the data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
