Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes to ensure full compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Assist employees with completing Form I-9, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Respond to email inquiries and send timely follow-ups.
- Troubleshoot common I-9 system issues and escalate unresolved cases to the I-9 Team HR Operations Sr. Manager.
- Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation through a third-party online application for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm all E-Verify cases are initiated, tracked, and closed per regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments to research and resolve compliance issues.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, or Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Form I-9 administration and document management (highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications (Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
