HR SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support Recruitment: Assist the hiring team by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and managing communication with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Prepare new-hire documentation, process background checks, and conduct engaging HR orientation sessions to welcome new employees.

Employee Relations & Administration

  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR procedures.
  • Management: Accurately enter and maintain all employee data (new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes).
  • Compliance: Ensure meticulous record-keeping, file management, and adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Benefits Administration: Manage the annual open enrollment process and assist employees with day-to-day questions regarding health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Leave Management: Administer and track various leave programs, including FMLA, parental leave, and PTO, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
