HR Specialist

An HR specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all human resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records, and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as HR Specialist
• Hands-on experience in ESI & PF
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full recruiting Process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• MBA/MA in Human Resources or relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Recruitment Knowledge is added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
