Job Description

We are urgently looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh (Sulai). The candidate will handle daily HR operations and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Requirements

• Saudi National (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Familiar with government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law
• Coordinate with government portals
• Support payroll and attendance processes
