About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, compliance, visa processing, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment & onboarding
• Handle employment contracts & visa processing
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law & Free Zone regulations
• Monitor attendance & leave records
• Support payroll & benefits administration
• Drive performance management & employee engagement

Requirements:

• 3–5 years HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Immediate joiners on dependent visa preferred
