HR Specialist

We are seeking an HR Specialist- ProcessCompliance to manage and execute day-to-day human resources compliance and operational processes. This role serves as a trusted liaison between leaders and HR, ensuring consistent understanding and application of HR policies, programs, and regulatory requirements across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and brings strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
