HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
  • Ensure timely hiring based on company requirements.
  • Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and professional networks.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage.
