HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Specialist to manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, HR administration, government portals, ticketing, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• At least 30 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Odoo ERP, and other HR-related government platforms.
• Experience in handling HR ticketing systems, employee requests, disciplinary actions, leave management, end-of-service benefits, and other HR operational matters.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to prepare professional emails, reports, and HR correspondence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters professionally.

Pay: ﷼1.00 per month
