Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator (Male)
Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the Position

We are seeking a committed and highly proficient Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role requires exceptional expertise in HR management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, fostering a productive and harmonious workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR operations, policies, and procedures are efficient, effective, and fully compliant with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement innovative strategies to motivate and retain employees.
  • Conduct employee orientations and maintain up-to-date records of new hires.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and generate detailed reports.
  • Address and resolve labor-related issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure HR and HSE goals and objectives are met within defined timelines.
  • Regularly review and update HR & HSE policies and procedures to align with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on HR and safety statistics, progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate workplace incident investigations and reporting procedures.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on employee management, including development, discipline, and reward strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and regulatory agencies across local and provincial levels.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Educational Background

  • Master’s degree in human resources or a related field (mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the HR field.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and HR management software.
  • Excel proficiency: Rated 8.5/10 (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of HSE practices and programs.
  • Familiarity with labor laws in KSA, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage and inspire a dynamic team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive and positive relationships across the organization.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
  • Exemplary record-keeping and data management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions to address employee concerns effectively.

Language Proficiency

  • English: Bilingual proficiency (mandatory).
  • Hindi: Expertise (mandatory).
  • Arabic: Proficiency is an added advantage.

Flexibility

  • Willingness to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local work environment.
