Job Title: HR Specialist

The Candidate
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, government platforms, and HR administration.
The successful candidate should be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build positive relationships with employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with shortlisted candidates throughout the selection process.
- Support the administration of assessments and tests as required.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts through the Qiwa platform.
- Develop and coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute employee kits and equipment.
- Coordinate with IT regarding laptop setup and technical requirements.
- Arrange accommodation for new joiners and coordinate check-out procedures for departing employees.
- Share welcome announcements and introduce new employees to communication platforms.
- Add new employees to WhatsApp groups and internal communication channels.
3. Employee Offboarding
- Manage resignation and termination processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare end-of-service benefit calculations.
- Collect company property including laptops, uniforms, and equipment.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to remove system access.
4. Document and File Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant with company and venue requirements.
- Provide employee documents to relevant departments and external authorities when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
5. Employee Engagement and Communication
- Coordinate birthday greetings, welcome messages, and employee announcements.
- Share company updates, public holiday notices, and internal communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in developing and administering annual performance appraisal processes.
- Follow up with managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training initiatives.
7. Leave and Attendance Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leave balances.
- Generate periodic attendance and leave reports.
- Process annual leave and other leave requests in accordance with company policy.
8. Compliance and Government Platforms Management
- Manage and maintain government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Ensure employee and company records are updated accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
- Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and provide recommendations to maintain compliance.
- Manage Wage Protection System (WPS) submissions through Mudad and address any related issues.
9. Reporting and Administrative Support
- Prepare monthly HR reports including turnover, Saudization status, and HR costs.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support the approval and maintenance of Internal Work Regulations with relevant authorities.
10. General HR Support
- Respond to routine HR-related employee inquiries.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and other government platforms.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Experience in the sports, education, or service industry.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting multi-site operations.
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
