Job Scope
Support and manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations within a structured, compliance-driven environment in KSA.
The role requires a strong understanding of KSA Labour Law, experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, along with exposure to government relations (PRO activities) including visa processing, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem platforms.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring HR compliance while supporting operational needs.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for
employee relations matters
, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues

Support handling of
grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
in line with KSA Labour Law

Assist in managing
termination processes
(resignation, termination, end of service) with proper documentation

Maintain and update
employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
-
Ensure compliance with
KSA Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures
-
Maintain accurate data on
HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, HRMS, etc.)

Assist in
internal and external audits
when required

Coordinate and process
employee visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, and cancellations

Manage transactions through platforms such as:
Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI

Ensure timely completion of all
government documentation and approvals

Track expiry of
Iqamas, licenses, and official documents
and ensure renewals are completed on time

Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of HR experience in
KSA
-
Strong knowledge of
KSA Labour Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)

Experience in
PRO/government relations activities
is essential

Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluency in
Arabic and English is required
