The Office of Human Resources provides leadership in the planning, integration, and implementation of human resource services and programs for faculty, staff, and retirees across all campuses and the health system.
Collectively with our campus colleagues, we serve as a strategic and trusted advisor. Pursue continuous improvement through knowledge, collaboration and leadership.
As part of the Shared Administrative Services (SAS) Team, this position provides essential support to daily human resources transactional processing, serving over 50,000 active & separated employees, retirees, beneficiaries and dependents.
Responsibilities
Responsible for imaging and record retention for benefit and retirement related documents
Request and review Proof of Relationship documents for compliance with medical and retiree Summary Plan Descriptions.
Completing Tier 1 process for answering unemployment claim requests through online portal and initiating communication with departments.
Responsible for administration of multiple transactional tasks, ensuring accurate processing in a timely manner and attention to detail. The ability to research policies and utilize available resources for information to complete data verification is essential.
Power of Attorney Process
As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected in order to support the mission and purpose of the University of Missouri.
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
An associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Experience in documentation or administrative processing.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
