Monitor recruitment activities, evaluate job applications in relation to actual needs, and document this in the recruitment tracking file.
Coordinate with department leaders to schedule personal interviews.
Manage the process of sending job offers to selected candidates in supervisory level and junior level, ensuring they accept the offers, and facilitating the completion of required documentation.
Conduct orientation program to new hires, covering the company’s vision, objectives, values, policies, and procedures.
Manage and improve the performance evaluation process, prepare related reports, and oversee the evaluations for each department.
Work with department managers to identify and address the training and development needs of hospital staff, coordinating these efforts with the corporate development department.
Monitor the execution of the training schedule, evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback from participants, and compile detailed reports on each session.
Prepare monthly and annual reports for review by the HRBP.
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to understand their reasons for leaving and report these findings monthly to the Human Resources Director.
Evaluating the performance of each employee on the basis and standards related to hospital strategy.
Prepare and submit performance indicators reports for specialists and send it to HRBP monthly.
Calculate the SLA for the team regarding the open vacancies.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred business administration.
5+ years of experience in HR min. 3 years of them in the same position.
