Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar Mass Hiring

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Specialist with mandatory experience in mass hiring for blue-collar roles, including but not limited to security personnel, administrative staff, drivers, cleaners, and facility support teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment campaigns and deep familiarity with sourcing strategies tailored to operational roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across multiple sites and departments.
  • Design and implement mass hiring strategies using job fairs, walk-ins, community outreach, and local sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet job and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of hiring metrics, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in mass hiring for blue-collar roles (security, drivers, admin, etc.) this is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels for operational roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidate pools.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local labor market trends and blue-collar workforce dynamics.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as security services, logistics, facility management, or manpower outsourcing.
  • Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse candidate populations.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
