Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Specialist with mandatory experience in mass hiring for blue-collar roles, including but not limited to security personnel, administrative staff, drivers, cleaners, and facility support teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment campaigns and deep familiarity with sourcing strategies tailored to operational roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across multiple sites and departments.

Design and implement mass hiring strategies using job fairs, walk-ins, community outreach, and local sourcing channels.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet job and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of hiring metrics, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.

Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in mass hiring for blue-collar roles (security, drivers, admin, etc.)

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels for operational roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidate pools.
