Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Background)

What You’ll Achieve:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering construction roles.
• Collaborate with project leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Prepare targeted job descriptions based on thorough job analysis and market benchmarks.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and offline methods.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured evaluation tools and technical assessments.
• Lead the offer process and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR operations.

What You’ll Bring to ACC

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for construction industry roles (e.g., Civil Engineers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, HSE Officers, etc.).
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract passive candidates.
• Experience in overseas hiring, including processing work permits and mobilization.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.
