Position: HR Supervisor Location: Riyadh Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage employee relations, Payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Support performance management activities and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with departments to address HR-related needs.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to join immediately.
