Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support the organization’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national with strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily HR operations and activities.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and training activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with HR planning.
  • Monitor Saudization requirements and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems and government portals.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Ability to join immediately is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
