HR Supervisor Experience in Textiles Garment Factory - industry. from 9 to 11 years
Job Responsibilities:

Manage & Coordinate Import Machinery during Set Up.

Manage and coordinate all import and export processes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other key logistics partners.

Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to optimize costs and service levels.

Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for import and export shipments.
-
Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of import/export specialists.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

MBA / EMBA

Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CSCP)

Customs compliance programs
Competencies Required:

7-15 years of experience in export and import operations at big Garment Factory is A Must.

Experience or Knowledge for import machinery during set up is Mandatory

Proven expertise in Export, Import / Export, Logistics Operations, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance requirements.

Experience managing freight forwarding and customs brokerage relationships.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to lead and develop a team of import/export professionals.
