We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates!

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and local regulations.
* Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
* Oversee onboarding, probation management, and offboarding processes.
* Lead performance management cycles and KPI implementation.
* Develop and coordinate training & development initiatives.
* Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
* Maintain HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
* 5–8 years of HR experience within the UAE
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and HR best practices
* Experience handling visa processes and government documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) is an advantage
