HR Support Officer
Job Purpose
The
HR Support Officer
is an entry-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands-on experience in human resources operations, employee services, and administrative HR functions. The role supports day-to-day HR activities including employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and HR system updates, while building foundational HR knowledge and professional skills for long-term career growth within the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, HR records management, and administrative support.
Assist in coordinating
employee onboarding processes
, including preparing employee files, documentation, and orientation arrangements.
Maintain and update
HR databases and employee records
to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support the preparation and issuance of
HR letters
, employment certificates, and other employee-related documents.
Assist in tracking
employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
under supervision.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR requirements, employee requests, and administrative support.
Support the
recruitment process
by assisting in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
Assist in preparing
HR reports and documentation
related to workforce data, employee records, and HR activities.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, HR procedures, and UAE labor regulations
when handling HR documentation and employee records.
Provide administrative and operational support to the
HR Department
as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Education
Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
Experience
0–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, customer service, or office coordination; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
