About the Project
Stellar Manufacturers is developing a state-of-the-art greenfield industrial facility for a premium beverages brand.
We are hiring an experienced HR Operations professional who will lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR coordination, and employee experience management for the project and corporate teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HRM, MSW, MBA (HR), or related field
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Analytics (preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding, employee lifecycle & HR documentation
Experience Required
- 5–8 years experience in HR Operations & Recruitment
- Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based hiring
- Strong experience in sourcing technical, engineering, site and project profiles
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, induction, documentation & HRIS systems
- Exposure to vendor management, manpower planning & recruitment dashboards

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for site, technical, corporate & project roles
- Coordinate manpower planning with Project, Engineering, Procurement & Site teams
- Source candidates through portals, agencies, referrals & social networks
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews & ensure smooth selection process
- Roll out offer letters, negotiate CTC, and ensure timely joining
- Handle onboarding, induction, policy briefing & HR documentation for new hires
- Maintain employee files, HRMS entries & compliance-related documents
- Support HR Operations activities across attendance, MIS, and employee data
- Collaborate with HR Compliance & Site HR for accurate statutory documentation
- Drive employee engagement activities, welcome kits, pre-joining & day-one experience
- Ensure smooth coordination between corporate HR and site HR teams
