About the Role

AllThings Plus Business Hub is a U.S. based company currently expanding and building a strong operational foundation.

We are looking for a structured, organized, and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring, onboarding, and people operations for our remote-first team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands coordination, follow-up, and people management rather than corporate HR theory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment for different roles across creative, technical, and operations teams
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with management and team leads
  • Conduct first-round screening interviews when needed
  • Support onboarding of new hires and ensure smooth start
  • Collect documents, contracts, and required onboarding materials
  • Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation
  • Follow up on attendance, availability, and basic HR coordination
  • Support day-to-day people operations and internal communication

HR & People Operations Support

  • Assist with onboarding processes and checklists
  • Coordinate contracts, NDAs, and documentation
  • Help maintain structure across remote teams
  • Support performance follow-ups and internal reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and management when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or people operations
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Clear English communication (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with remote and international teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Experience screening candidates or conducting first interviews
  • Familiarity with remote hiring processes
  • Experience working with U.S.–based or international companies
  • Basic understanding of HR documentation and compliance
  • Experience using Google Drive, spreadsheets, or HR tools
  • Calm personality and professional communication style
