Support all personnel and HR operational activities.
Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR documentation with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, warnings, and internal communications.
Support HR audits and internal reviews when required.
Administer and track employee leave balances across all leave types.
Process and validate leave requests through HR systems or manual records.
Ensure consistent application of leave policies.
Prepare periodic leave and attendance reports for management and payroll.
Act as the focal point for employee medical insurance inquiries.
Manage medical insurance enrollments, updates, and dependents’ data.
Coordinate with insurance providers/TPA for claims follow-up and issue resolution.
Support medical insurance renewals and maintain accurate benefits records.
Respond to employee HR queries while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy
