Job Objective

  • Support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with issuing employee devices and office setup.
  • Organize new employee induction programs.
  • Add and update employee records in Palm HR (soft & hard copies).
  • Support data entry and document accuracy.
  • Prepare employment references and EOS documents.
  • Perform assigned HR and admin tasks to learn the employee lifecycle.
