Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an HR Manager – International BPO. The HR Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, talent management, compliance with international regulations, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in HR policies, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and lead HR functions in a fast-paced BPO environment
  • Proven ability to work in an international setting and handle diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an International BPO setup
  • Proven track record in bulk recruitment, especially for international processes
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-driving capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and stretch as needed to meet hiring goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and recruitment platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead high-volume hiring for international voice/non-voice processes
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business demands
  • Build sourcing pipelines and manage vendor coordination when needed
  • Ensure TAT and quality of hiring remains consistently high

Team Leadership & HR Operations:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of recruiters and HR executives
  • Monitor and improve team performance through clear KPIs and mentoring
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee records

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Design and drive employee engagement programs aligned with international BPO culture
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment
  • Handle grievance redressal with maturity and confidentiality

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and feedback process
  • Identify underperformance issues and assist in performance improvement plans

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards
  • Maintain HR MIS, audit readiness, and statutory documentation

SALARY RANGE:

  • 3 Lacs LPA to 4 Lacs LPA
