Job Title : HR Trainee (Fresher)

Preferred Qualification : Engineering Graduates (Any Branch) / MBA-HR / MCA with interest in HR

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support the HR department in daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement. Candidates from an engineering background with strong interest in HR are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
• Support in onboarding & documentation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and support HR operations
• Assist in attendance & leave management
• Contribute to employee engagement events & HR initiatives
• Follow HR policies, maintain confidentiality and support audits/compliance activities

Required Skills & Eligibility :

• Fresher / 0–1 year experience in HR (Internship experience is an added advantage)
• Engineering graduates with strong interest in HR are highly encouraged to apply
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and HR tools
• Ability to work with confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism
