HR Tasks

  • Coordinate the finalization of the annual insurance policy renewal and manage employee insurance requests, including endorsements, deletions, and claims.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits and allowances, such as health club memberships and hardship allowances.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating corporate HR policies.
  • Serve as the QMS representative, responsible for creating, updating, and deleting HR-related controlled documents.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including joining and repatriation.
  • Assist with expatriate assignments (YHQ, YMA, and other affiliates).
  • Process vendor payments (hotels, insurance providers, telecommunications, etc.).
  • Maintain insurance databases, manage warning letters, conduct exit interviews, and perform turnover data analysis.
  • Ensure timely completion of the probation review process.
  • Support the formalization of employee transfers and relocations.
  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely payments to all HR-related vendors.
  • HR data analysis / reports generation.
  • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Training Tasks

  • Provide administrative support for the annual training calendar.
  • Deliver soft-skills training sessions as required.
  • Perform any other training-related tasks as needed.
