The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, learning and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounts team for data sharing
  • Support HR policies implementation and employee communication
  • Assist in organizing training programs and HR initiatives
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and labor laws (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Attention to detail and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience may apply
