The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, learning and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking hands-on HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts team for data sharing
- Support HR policies implementation and employee communication
- Assist in organizing training programs and HR initiatives
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and labor laws (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Attention to detail and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience may apply
