Brand Republic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support daily Human Resources operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in gaining practical exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, employee documentation, and workplace operations within a structured environment.

Internship Details

• Position: HR Intern
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Job Type: Internship (Full-time, On-site)
• Duration: 2–3 Months (extendable based on performance)
• Experience Level: Fresh / Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
• Coordinate with candidates and maintain candidate communication
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records and documentation
• Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding hiring needs
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, BBA, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or academic exposure in Human Resources
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
