What would you do? As the Global V&A HR Operations BGC PMO, you are skilled in project management and reporting techniques and are equipped to meet the challenges of working in a matrixed global Ventures & Aquisitions HR Services Delivery Team. You are creative and flexible and thrive on working on a variety of projects to help drive V&A HR service delivery performance through end-to-end project management activities. Passionate about problem solving, you look for an exciting environment where every day presents the chance to do something new. You’re a strategic thinker who can work across global regions (Market Units), collaborating with senior team leaders to actively build positive, collaborative relationships within the Accenture CF Operations and Accenture HR V&A ecosystem.
What are we looking for? •Strong analytical skills •Ability to handle disputes •Problem-solving skills •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Collaboration and interpersonal skills •Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, operations management, compliance management or privacy management •Advanced Excel skills (Macro skills a plus) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint) Prior experience in HR Service Delivery teams Demonstrated experience in change management and driving new processes Experience in applying Agile principles in your ways of working and project execution Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team
Roles and Responsibilities: • Accelerate process by acting as liaison between HR V&A and local Background checks teams. • Initiate the BGC process directly with local MU BGC teams. • Provide centralized status reporting and track BGC escalations as needed. • Provide guidance on approvals required for policy compliance • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner • Support Cross Staffing projects by assuring agility in the process, reporting, and tracking closure of related BGC items. • Communicate status, coordinate process overlaps, and escalate business impacting risks to relevant stakeholders so they can proceed with workstream tasks
