HR & Admin Executive – Real Estate Operations (Site + Corporate Coordination)
Job Description
We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive for our real estate development group. This role requires strong on-ground coordination, day-to-day HR operations management, and high responsibility in handling multiple ongoing project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily attendance tracking & updating through ESSL / biometric / MyGate
- Collecting & verifying attendance sheets from project sites
- Maintaining and updating PF, ESIC, pension files, and employee compliance records
- Preparing and updating salary sheets, reimbursement sheets, and monthly MIS
- Handling mediclaim entries, insurance updates, and claim documentation
- Preparing vouchers, clearing bills, vendor coordination & admin support
- Maintaining employee database, personal files, onboarding documentation
- Assisting with HR operations across multiple real estate project locations
- Supporting Admin activities: office coordination, inventory tracking, and travel/asset management
- Ensuring smooth communication between site teams & corporate office
Required Skills
- Experience in real estate / construction HR operations preferred
- Strong Excel, data entry accuracy, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle site coordination, field follow-ups & daily HR admin tasks
- Strong communication, discipline, and operational efficiency
Work Location
Corporate Office + Coordination with multiple live project sites[Over calls & Mails]
Experience
3–5 years in HR & Admin (Real Estate / Construction background preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
