The HR/Admin & Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the human resources and admin department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee relations, recruitment and do HR regular tasks. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, Recruitment, compliance with legal regulations, and effective communication with both internal departments and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing efforts.
Maintain property listings on various platforms.
Organize and manage property databases and listings.
Liaise between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
