Job Description – HR & Admin (Project Site) The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all human resources and administrative functions at the project site. Key duties include recruitment coordination, onboarding of workmen, maintaining daily attendance, wage and overtime records, and ensuring statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, labour licences, and contractor documentation. The role involves handling employee grievances, coordinating accommodation and transport arrangements, and ensuring timely mobilisation of manpower as per project needs. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining site records, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting site management in documentation, gate pass processes, and client audits. The HR & Admin Officer will also assist in conducting safety inductions, maintaining muster rolls, issuing ID cards, and ensuring smooth communication between site and head office. Strong organisational skills, knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to manage a large workforce efficiently are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
