Electrical Contractor seeking an HR/Administrative Assistant 20-24 hours per week. 98% remote- must live in Colorado and be able to attend an occasional meeting or training. Must be self-sufficient and can work independently. Prior experience working from home is required. Construction experience is also a plus.
HR/Administration Assistant Qualifications:
· Proficient in Excel & Word, Google Calendars, Minor A/P Data Entry- Quickbooks a plus
· Proficient with Technology
· Organized (Experience with OneDrive a plus)
· Attention to Detail
· Excellent customer service/outgoing personality a must.
· Excellent communication skills
· Time management skills & adaptability
· Problem-solving skills and ability to self-start
Job Duties Include:
20-24 hours per week working Monday through Thursday, with one Friday per month for on call.
Availability preferably in the mornings but may also consider afternoons for the right candidate. Must have a home office set up with a laptop or PC, a printer, and a scanner.
