Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, driving talent management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The HRBP acts as a consultant and advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those goals.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives, helping employees and leaders navigate organizational changes effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS) to deliver integrated HR solutions to the business.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, such as leadership development, performance management, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Champion the company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
