Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions, including recruiting, performance management, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be proficient in various HR systems. Responsibilities
Recruitment
· Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and departments.
· Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) from initial contact through to hire.
· Assist in reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial phone screens for entry-level and early-career roles.
Payroll:
· Process payroll accurately and on time
· Manage all payroll changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and wage adjustments
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and reporting requirements
· Serve as primary liaison for all payroll-related inquiries
· Maintain and audit payroll records for accuracy and completenes
General HR Duties:
· Maintain and update employee records in Paylocity
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
· Help enforce company policies and ensure legal compliance
· Support employee relations and HR communications
· Assist with HR reporting, audits, and projects as needed

Skills and Requirements:
· 3-5 years of professional work experience, ideally with exposure to HR or People operations.
· Experience with recruitment coordination, sourcing, and candidate outreach.
· General knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and policies.
· Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
· Bilingual in Chinese is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Corona, CA 92879
