About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner - Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role is based between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain (with the possibility to travel when needed) . As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business goals, driving talent initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development processes.
• Support organizational change, culture transformation, and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting best HR practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of local labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced or large corporate environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
