About the Opportunity: HR Business Partner Supervisor
Your mission as an HR Business Partner (Supervisor) will be to align people strategies with organizational objectives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and frameworks are effectively implemented while driving engagement, development, and performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy, Policy Implementation & People Engagement

Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments.

Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Plan and forecast employment needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning.

Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development.

Strong knowledge of labor law, HR frameworks, and best practices.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing complexity with sound judgment.

Fluent in English.
