Overview
Fox Chase Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee evaluation, strategic planning, and organizational design, along with proficiency in HR software such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage performance processes to enhance workforce productivity
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational objectives
• Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
• Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness
• Administer workers' compensation programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Utilize HR software (Oracle, Kronos, Salesforce) for data management, reporting, and analytics
• Foster open communication at all levels to enhance employee engagement
• Lead change initiatives and organizational improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s preferred
• Proven experience in a senior HR role with focus on strategic planning and organizational development
• Strong knowledge of employee evaluation processes, recruiting, and HR best practices
• Proficiency with HR software systems such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational improvements
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
