SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst supports the HR team by maintaining, configuring, and optimizing HR systems (primarily Workday and ADP). This role ensures system data integrity, delivers accurate reporting, and supports end-users across all teams within the. The HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for configuration, integrations, and reporting, while supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and the employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Talent).

Maintain Integrations related to financial and health benefits to ADP from different systems, such as Bullhorn.

Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of compliance, workforce, and leadership reporting.

Partner with Business Partners to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes or enhancements.

Assist in HRIS projects such as upgrades, releases, and new feature implementations by documenting requirements, performing testing, and supporting end-user training.

Perform regular audits of employee data to ensure system accuracy, security, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data requests from HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Recommend improvements to system processes and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience configuring and supporting HRIS platforms (Workday and/or ADP experience strongly preferred).

Knowledge of HR business processes (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting).

Strong reporting skills (Workday Reporting, ADP Reports, Advanced Excel; Power BI a plus).

Familiarity with system integrations and data management best practices.

Prior experience in healthcare or staffing environments is a plus.

Compensation Range
$68,300.00 - $85,400.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
