Job Purpose

Manage and maintain the end-to-end configuration, optimization, and support of the company’s HR systems, primarily ADP and similar platforms. Ensure HR technology empowers and enables innovative, simple, and human-centered solutions that enhance employee experience and agility.

Essential Functions

  • Lead process innovation and optimization for the HRIS platforms to support core HR functions that can scale to meet business growth strategy
  • Build and manage rules engines to automate workflows and enforce compliance
  • Create audit reports and dashboards to ensure that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization policies and applicable regulations
  • Develop and enhance direct access tools and portals
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR metrics and decision-making that support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics
  • Partner with enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that reduce manual tasks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and usability
  • Stay informed on HR technology trends and best practices in the manufacturing sector
  • Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role
  • Multi-site experience in a manufacturing setting with limited access to technology
  • Experience in a multilingual manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now, UKG, Workday, or similar)
  • Familiarity with additional HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) preferred
  • Proven ability to configure systems end-to-end and build complex rules engines
  • Understanding of system integrations and data exchange formats (e.g., APIs, XML, JSON) preferred
  • Experience with self-service portal design and optimization
  • Project management or change management experience preferred
  • Compensation and benefits experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity that drives innovation
  • Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to explore new technologies and solutions
  • Data-driven with a passion for uncovering insights and improving processes

The salary range for this role is $96,513.00 to $144,769.00 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
