Job Title: HR Operations / HRIS Analyst

Location: Jacksonville (Local candidates only)

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

  • Strong experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Hands-on experience with case management systems (e.g., Deskpro) and handling HR inquiries
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
  • Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and analytics

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration

  • Monitor weekly data feeds, maintain documentation, and resolve discrepancies with benefit vendors and ADP
  • Perform quarterly reconciliations for benefits enrollment and payroll, including issue resolution
  • Prepare census reports and handle periodic data requests
  • Compile and validate files for annual non-discrimination testing (401(k), HSA, FSA)
  • Support Department of Labor reporting (Form 5500)
  • Prepare documentation for annual 401(k) audits

2. HR Shared Services & Tier 1 Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 HR support
  • Handle employee inquiries across HR functions, policies, and processes
  • Use case management tools (Deskpro) to track and resolve requests
  • Escalate complex issues to HR leadership when required
  • Perform data validation and support issue resolution
  • Review and approve job descriptions aligned with job architecture standards

3. HRIS, Data Integrity & System Enhancements

  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams for system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, and business processes
  • Conduct system access reviews and ensure compliance/security controls
  • Perform quarterly validations for Workers’ Compensation compliance

4. Reporting, Analytics & Compliance

  • Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics for leadership and issue resolution
  • Support audits including first paycheck-of-year validations
  • Generate:
  • Quarterly Rewards & Recognition (R&R) reports
  • Monthly Associate Experience reports

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
