Overview:
This hybrid position will be located at our New York office. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The HRIS Administrator plays a critical role in the administration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Talent Acquisition processes within the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), along with select ancillary HR technologies. This position serves as a key partner to Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, external vendors, and system owners to ensure data integrity, system stability, and seamless integration across the HR technology ecosystem.
In this role, you will support and enhance end-to-end recruiting workflows, including requisition management, candidate lifecycle stages, interview scheduling, offer processes, and onboarding integrations. You will act as a subject matter expert on ATS functionality, providing configuration support, troubleshooting issues, driving system enhancements, and enabling a best-in-class recruiter and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the configuration of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including troubleshooting issues, resolving system and user challenges, and supporting system testing and releases

Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions as needed

Create, maintain, and continuously enhance user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support system adoption and best practices

Develop a strong understanding of Foot Locker’s talent ecosystem, including integrations and dependencies across systems and client groups

Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, proactively proposing and implementing solutions to enhance global Talent Acquisition processes

Partner with implementation teams and stakeholders to optimize talent solutions by providing feedback, supporting configurations, reviewing system designs, and testing new functionality

Evaluate the usability and effectiveness of new and existing talent technologies, making actionable recommendations to improve the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience

Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and HR Business Partners, coaching and enabling them to effectively leverage talent solutions, including ATS, assessments, and pre-employment screening tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), preferably in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS administration

Experience with iCIMS as a system administrator or as part of an implementation team strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition best practices

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage complex systems and operational processes in both team-based and independent work environments

Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism across diverse, global stakeholders and vendors

Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results across global initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
