As an HRIS Project Manager, you will:
HRIS Project Management
- Lead HRIS projects, including system integration, deployment of new functionalities, and upgrades of existing systems.
- Develop, plan, and monitor projects by defining objectives, required resources, and timelines.
- Effectively coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and formalize specifications.
- Validate proposed changes or services.
- Negotiate prices and contracts based on needs and allocated budgets and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
Change Management
- Identify stakeholders, anticipate impacts, and define plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage project risks by developing contingency plans.
- Define and structure necessary operational processes, particularly during acquisitions or integrations.
Coordination and Communication
- Prepare post-implementation reviews (post-mortems).
- Set up project tracking dashboards (planning, budget, progress, risks) and produce regular reports.
- Act as liaison with the Dayforce CX Manager.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Conduct operational monitoring of HRIS project management best practices.
Training and User Support
- Prepare appropriate communication materials.
- Create and update guides, procedures, and training tools.
- Train users and provide post-deployment support (hypercare).
- Develop FAQs, short videos, or interactive modules to facilitate adoption.
What makes you a great fit for our team
- Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Around 10 years of experience, with a background in HR.
- Experience in HRIS implementations.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG or SuccessFactors.
- Strong interest in HRIS.
