Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Associate to support the management and analysis of HR data, reporting, and system functionality within a financial services environment. This role will interface with key stakeholders, provide insights through metrics and analytics, and support ongoing HR system transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry, including importing, cleaning, and validating HR and organizational data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data management.
- Contribute to requirements, process flows, and design documents to align platform configuration with business needs.
- Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries, and dashboards to support HR operations.
- Provide metrics and analytics by compiling, transforming, and visualizing HR data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues via hotlines, mailboxes, and direct support.
- Assist end-users with system functionality, features, and HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation cycles.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials for end-users and managers.
- Maintain procedural documentation to accurately reflect HR business processes.
- Drive automation and the organization toward a self-service model through dashboards and reports.
- Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT) during system implementation and future releases.
- Participate in the global HR system transformation to the next-generation platform.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2–4 years of HRIS or related experience in data entry, reporting, and system support.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation cycles.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HR data management, including importing, cleaning, validating, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and dashboards using Excel, SQL, or HRIS reporting tools.
- Ability to document business processes and develop training materials for end-users.
- Experience supporting system testing (UAT) and release activities.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, working effectively with HR, IT, and business partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
