Role Overview:
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong experience in HR data management, reporting, and system support. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR systems within the financial services industry, with proven ability to manage data integrity, provide reporting/analytics, and support HR processes and system releases.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR data entry, importing, cleaning, and validation.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of staff and organizational data.
Support system design by providing input on requirements and process flows.
Develop, maintain, and automate scheduled and ad-hoc reports, queries, and dashboards.
Compile, transform, and visualize HR data to provide meaningful metrics and analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues via helpdesk and support channels.
Assist end-users with system functionality, features, and business processes (goal setting, performance reviews, compensation cycles, etc.).
Create and deliver training and maintain user documentation.
Drive self-service adoption through automation and dashboard delivery.
Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT) during implementations and release cycles.
Contribute to HR system transformation initiatives and future releases.

Qualifications:
2-4 years HRIS or related experience (data entry, reporting, troubleshooting).
Hands-on experience with HR data management (importing, cleaning, validating, troubleshooting).
Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and release activities.
Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
